Under Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation (Mesafeli Sözleşmeler Yönetmeliği), this form informs you before you place your order and before you take on a payment obligation, and it is an inseparable part of the distance sales agreement. The details of your own order (products, quantities, options, prices, shipping fee and total) are shown in the order summary before the payment step, on the order page before you pay and in the order confirmation e-mail after you pay.

1. Seller
The seller's trade name, full address, phone number, e-mail address, tax office and tax number and, where they exist, its MERSİS number, KEP address and ETBİS registration number are in the seller details on this page. There is no separate channel for complaints; use the same address, phone number and e-mail address.
2. Main characteristics of the goods
The main characteristics of a catalogue product (material, dimensions, colour and variant options, the logo area and logo fee where there is one) are on its product page; those of a job ordered through a custom offer are in the offer's description, lines and delivery scope. Products are made by 3D printing or CNC machining; images represent the product, and colours may look different depending on your screen.
3. Price and additional costs
All prices are in Turkish lira and include all taxes, VAT (KDV) included. The shipping fee is shown separately in the order summary before the payment step; orders above a set basket amount may ship free, which the summary also states. The total you will pay is shown in the order summary and on the order page before any payment obligation arises; nothing is added to it afterwards.
4. Payment
Payment is made only by credit or debit card through PayTR's secure payment page; no other payment method is accepted and no instalments are offered. You enter your card details on PayTR's page and they are not passed to Mekatris. The «Proceed to payment» button creates your order and takes you to the order page; you take on the payment obligation when you confirm the payment in the payment form on the order page.
5. Delivery
Orders ship only to addresses in Türkiye, with Yurtiçi Kargo, to the delivery address you enter. The production and delivery time is on the product page, or in the offer for a custom offer; except for products made to your personal specification, it cannot exceed thirty days from your order reaching us. Once the order is with the carrier, the tracking number is shown on your order page and sent by e-mail. The seller bears the risk of loss and damage until the product is delivered to you or to the person you name; handing it to the carrier is not delivery.
6. Right of withdrawal
You may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of the day you (or a third person you name) receive the product, without giving any reason and without paying a penalty. You may also withdraw between the contract and the delivery. If you receive several products separately, the period starts on the day you receive the last one. Send your notice of withdrawal before the period ends, by e-mail to the e-mail address in the seller details or in writing to the address there; stating your order number and your decision clearly is enough. You must send the product back within 14 days of your notice. You may examine the product to the extent of normal use during the withdrawal period; you are not held responsible for changes and deterioration caused by normal use.
7. Return carrier and return costs
The carrier named for returns is Yurtiçi Kargo. After your notice of withdrawal we give you a return code; when you send the product with Yurtiçi Kargo under that code, you pay no return shipping. If there is no Yurtiçi Kargo branch where you are, we collect the product from you at no extra cost. Returning a defective, wrong or damaged product is always at the seller's cost.
8. Refund
When you withdraw, everything you paid, delivery costs included, is refunded within 14 days of the day the product is handed to the return carrier; if you send it with another carrier, the period starts on the day it reaches us. If you withdraw before the product is delivered, the period starts on the day your notice reaches us. The refund goes to the card you paid with, in one payment and at no cost to you; how long it takes to appear on your card account depends on your bank.
9. When the right of withdrawal does not apply
There is no right of withdrawal for goods prepared to your requests or personal needs. At Mekatris this exception applies only to: • products carrying the logo design you uploaded; • jobs produced through a custom offer prepared to your own model or specification. Choosing a colour or a variant from the options the shop offers does not make a product personalised; you keep the right of withdrawal for such products. Lines the exception covers are marked in the order summary and on the order page. The exception does not remove your rights for a defective product.
10. Defective, wrong or damaged products
If the product you receive is defective, differs from your order or is damaged (personalised products included), you can report it through the contact channels in the seller details. Under the law you may choose to withdraw from the contract, to have the price reduced in proportion to the defect, to have it repaired free of charge or to have it replaced with a defect-free equivalent; every cost of the right you choose, shipping included, is borne by the seller. A defect that appears within six months of delivery is presumed to have existed at delivery. The limitation period for claims based on a defect is two years from delivery, even if the defect appears later.
11. Complaints and dispute resolution
You can send complaints to the address, phone number or e-mail address in the seller details. For disputes below the monetary limit set by law you may apply to the consumer arbitration committee (tüketici hakem heyeti); for disputes above it, to the consumer court, after first applying to a mediator.
12. Confirmation
Before your order is created (in the payment step for an order from the basket, on the offer page for a custom offer) you confirm, by ticking the consent box, that you have read this form and received the information; without that confirmation no order is created. The version you accept is recorded with your order and appears, with a link to this form, in your order confirmation e-mail.
