This Distance Sales Agreement ('Agreement') is entered into between Mekatris ('Seller') and the customer ('Buyer') in accordance with the Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts. By completing a purchase on our website, the Buyer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted all terms of this Agreement.

2. Subject of the Agreement
This Agreement governs the rights and obligations of the Seller and the Buyer regarding the sale and delivery of the product(s) ordered by the Buyer through the Mekatris website (mekatris.com), in accordance with Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.
3. Product Information
The essential characteristics, specifications, and sale price (including all taxes) of the product(s) are displayed on the product page of our website. Product images are for illustrative purposes; actual products may vary slightly in appearance due to the nature of 3D printing and manufacturing processes. All product information, technical specifications, and pricing are valid at the time of order placement.
4. Price and Payment
All prices displayed on our website are in Turkish Lira (TRY) and include VAT. Payment is processed securely through Iyzico payment infrastructure. Accepted payment methods include credit cards and debit cards. The total price, including shipping fees if applicable, is clearly displayed before the Buyer confirms the order. No additional charges will be applied without the Buyer's explicit consent.
5. Delivery
Products will be delivered to the address specified by the Buyer during checkout. The estimated delivery time is displayed at checkout and typically ranges from 3 to 15 business days depending on the product type and manufacturing requirements. Custom-manufactured products may require additional production time. The Seller will notify the Buyer of any delays. Delivery is performed by contracted cargo/shipping companies. Risk of loss or damage passes to the Buyer upon delivery.
6. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article 18 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the Buyer has the right to withdraw from this Agreement within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the product(s), without providing any reason and without incurring any penalty. To exercise this right, the Buyer must notify the Seller in writing (via email or letter) within the withdrawal period. The product must be returned unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. 7. Warranty
Products sold on our website are covered by the legal warranty provided under Turkish Consumer Protection Law. The Seller guarantees that products will be delivered free from defects and in conformity with the specifications stated on the product page. In the event of a defective product, the Buyer may request repair, replacement, price reduction, or a full refund as provided by law.
8. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute arising from this Agreement, the Buyer may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee in their province (for disputes up to the legal threshold) or to the Consumer Court. The applicable law is the law of the Republic of Turkey, and the courts of Konya shall have jurisdiction over disputes exceeding the arbitration committee threshold.
9. General Provisions
This Agreement is effective from the date the Buyer completes the order. The Buyer confirms that they have read and understood the preliminary information form and the terms of this Agreement before placing the order. Any provision of this Agreement found to be invalid or unenforceable shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The Seller reserves the right to update this Agreement; the version in effect at the time of purchase shall apply.
