Cancellation & Return Policy

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date you receive your product(s), without providing any reason. This right applies to all standard products purchased through our website. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us via email (info@mekatris.com) or written notice before the withdrawal period expires.

The 14-day withdrawal period begins on the day you physically receive the product(s). If you ordered multiple items delivered at different times, the withdrawal period starts from the delivery of the last item. You must notify us of your intention to withdraw before the 14-day period expires. The notification date is the date the email or letter is sent.

In accordance with Article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal does not apply to: • Products manufactured to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized (custom 3D prints, CNC-machined parts made to specific dimensions) • Products that are not suitable for return due to their nature (hygiene-sealed items once opened) • Products whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market beyond the Seller's control • Goods that have been mixed inseparably with other items after delivery Due to the nature of our business (custom manufacturing, 3D printing), many of our products are made to order and therefore fall under the custom/personalized exception. This will be clearly indicated on the product page.

For eligible returns, the following conditions must be met: • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition • The product must be in its original packaging with all accessories, documentation, and protective materials • The return request must be made within the 14-day withdrawal period • The product must not fall under the non-returnable categories listed above • A return form or email confirmation must accompany the returned product

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process your refund within 14 (fourteen) days from the date we receive your withdrawal notification. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase. If payment was made by credit card, the refund will be reflected on your card statement within 2-3 billing cycles depending on your bank. The full purchase price will be refunded, excluding any original shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

The cost of returning the product is the responsibility of the Buyer, unless the return is due to a defect, wrong product delivery, or an error by the Seller. Products must be shipped using a traceable shipping method. The Seller is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. We recommend using insured shipping for returns.

If you receive a defective product or a product that does not match your order, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. In such cases: • Return shipping costs will be covered by the Seller • You may choose a replacement, repair, or full refund • The Seller will arrange for the pickup of the defective product • Photographic evidence of the defect may be requested to expedite the process

If you are unsatisfied with the resolution of your return or refund, you may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee in your province (for disputes up to the legal threshold) or to the Consumer Court.
